The DataShield Library is your central hub for discovering and accessing datasets. This guide will help you get started.
Browsing Datasets
Visit the Browse page to explore available datasets. You can:
- Search by keyword, topic, or source
- Filter by category, format, or date
- Sort by relevance, date, or popularity
Viewing Dataset Details
Click on any dataset to view:
- Overview — Description, source, and metadata
- Fields — Column definitions and data types
- Preview — Sample data from the dataset
- Analytics — Quality metrics and statistics
Downloading Data
Public datasets can be downloaded directly. For private or restricted datasets, you may need to request access or sign in.
Creating an Account
Sign up for a free account to:
