Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes. Your new limits take effect immediately. Any unused time on your current plan is prorated.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays safe. If you exceed the lower tier's limits, you won't be able to upload new files until you're within limits, but existing files are never deleted.
Do MCP calls count against my API limits?
Yes. Each MCP tool call is metered against your API key. Some operations like crawler runs have higher weights.
Can I share datasets with people who don't have an account?
Yes! Use the invitation system to send a link. When they accept, an API key is automatically created for them with access to your shared dataset.
What file types can I upload?
Any file type. We support CSV, JSON, Excel, Parquet, and more. Files are stored securely and checksummed.
