This dataset was compiled from various sources to support the <a href='https://trec.tn.gov' target='_blank' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'>TREC Project</a>. Data consists of publicly available trails in Tennessee. For more complete data please see the layer Tennessee Statewide Trails Lines.  Data is constantly being updated and improved.  Federal and State Agency data is updated annually or as-needed.<div><br /></div><div>Trails points are located in places where multiple datasets were collected, the state has no trails lines, or when a dataset contained trailheads. </div>
